Cacao— is the heart of what we do. This sacred plant medicine, used for centuries, is a beautiful way to connect with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. It’s all about love, transformation, and opening your heart to the magic of the moment.

Experiences—well, that’s what it’s all about. We’re not just offering cacao, we’re offering you an invitation to dive into a deeper, more meaningful journey. Whether it’s through intimate ceremonies, uplifting workshops, outdoor adventures; we create space for connection, joy, and growth.

Life is a wild ride! I can definitely say when society asked 16 year old Rachel... “What do you want to do when you grow up?”  I could have never envisioned leading ceremonial experiences, drinking cacao or sharing wisdom of Andean Cosmology.

In 2021 I found my teacher Jemmita, a renowned medicine woman and founder of Anchoring the Light and I began my Wilka Suyu Shamanic Cacao Apprenticeship. 

My cacao expereinces guide us on a profound, transformative journey, connecting with the ancient teachings of the Chakana Medicine Wheel. We’ll explore the 3 worlds of existence as understood in Andean Cosmology—the Inner World, the Physical World, and the Upper World. Each direction offers a reflection of different aspects of our lives, helping us deepen our understanding and connection to ourselves and the world around us.
